City of Vista/IEC Engineering – 

USI Inc. was recently asked to perform 15 Potholes in various locations (specified by owner) on a Telephone conduit package on S. Santa Fe Ave in Vista, CA.   The data collected from these utility potholes will be used to avoid any potential conflicts in elevation or alignment between the existing Telephone package and the proposed location of the New Sewer FM replacement project coming up for the City of Vista.
